Inspector completes air leakage (blower door) testing on the single-family home or unit according to test provisions found in ANSI/RESNET/ICC 380-2016: Standard for Testing Airtightness of Building Enclosures, Airtightness of Heating and Cooling Air Distribution Systems, and Airflow of Mechanical Ventilation Systems. Test results include CFM50 results and ACH50 threshold compliance (based on selected threshold).
Tests and inspections can be purchased on this website or from an approved inspector. If inspections are purchased here, we contact approved inspectors and let them know your project is available. We will then email you with the approved inspector for your project before they begin the project.
